We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Director with the strategic expertise and deep understanding of the luxury market.
A Little Taste of Your Day-to-day Every day is different, but you will mostly be- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive incremental occupancy, boost average rates, increase volume, and grow revenue across food and beverage, banquet sales, and the spa.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Leading and inspiring a dynamic sales and marketing team while fostering strong connections within both the immediate and wider team.
- Monitoring market trends and staying flexible to adjust strategies and plans as needed.
- Achieving all personal and team sales targets to maximize profitability.
- Overseeing marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
- Identifying operational challenges and collaborating with relevant departments to address and overcome them.
- A visionary leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Four or more years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing, in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of local businesses and market trends.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
- Self-care and resilience are important for success, as the role can bring a certain level of pressure.
