As Assistant Finance & Business Support Manager you will play a crucial part in our organization's financial operations and overall business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision-making. As a Business Support Manager, you will also collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient business practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in hotel is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
