Role Summary:
Provides strategic direction in the areas of vendor contracting and operations, outsource locations and business planning. This role supports all global support operations for strategy, delivery and execution across the captive and outsourcing footprint.
Your Day to Day:
- Manage contractual relationships with third-party partners in line with the Global Operating Footprint Strategy.
- Oversee the commit and payment life cycle, ensuring effective communication of commitments, POs, invoices, and vendor tracking.
- Lead strategic AdHoc projects to address leadership gaps, develop strategies, and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans with SLAs and performance monitoring, while establishing benchmark measures and metrics.
- Facilitate the annual planning process, conduct cost/benefit analyses for new projects, and manage supplier relationships to ensure accountability and visibility.
What We Need From You:
- 7+ years of experience in vendor management and contact center operations, with a focus on project delivery for opening and expanding operations.
- 7+ years of experience in outsourcing vendor contract management.
- Proven track record in technology automation initiatives and related projects.
- Strong proficiency in financial planning, cost comparison, and planning analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, gaining the confidence and respect of key leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads.
Location – Remote United States
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
