We are seeking a Manager for Global Loyalty Marketing to lead the relationship management and strategic direction of global loyalty promotions in relation to IHG Business Rewards, Brand, and Sales+Key Account initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue and activation from IHG One Rewards members, ensuring the successful ideation and execution of a global strategy across these key business priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and relationship building skills as well as a strategic, performance-driven mindset.
Your day to day
- Manage end-to-end promotion process for multiple initiatives within a given year (i.e. Discover, Define, Develop, Deploy)
- Ideate and build go-to-market strategy for IHG Business Rewards, Brand, and Key Account support
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support promotion optimizations, development timelines, budget management, and executional excellence
- Analyze and monitor promotion performance - refining pre, during, and post promotion effectiveness to continually drive positive results
- Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate improvements and enhancements of promotional plans to meet/exceed business objectives
- Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing / project management
- Demonstrated or previous experience with data analysis / performance tracking is preferred, but not required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $105,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
