Welcome to IHG. You’re joining a company of around 400,000 colleagues, who help bring True Hospitality to life all around the world, every day. We do this through our world class hotel brands and one of the industry’s biggest and best loyalty programmes.

What to do before you join our world

There will be a lot to learn in your first few months at IHG, from policies and procedures to the finding your way around the organisation. Even before you start, we want you to feel that you belong with us so take some time to read through this page and discover more about our extraordinary world.

Enter your details in our HR system

Click on the link in your welcome email to visit myHR  (Workday) where you can securely enter and update your personal data.

Don't forget to return all your forms

To help us make your start a great experience, please make sure you return your contract and any other requested documents.

We have four main corporate offices around the world. Our global headquarters is based in Denham, United Kingdom with the other offices in Atlanta, Singapore and Shanghai.  Depending on corporate office, facilities include fitness centre, restaurant and shuttle bus service.
