Choosing Windsor

Collaboration: As a business built around bringing people together, our new location provides a modern and dynamic environment that’s fit for the future and changed nature of the workplace.
Flexibility: Our new location strengthens our brand and brings to life the flexible working practices we've all learned over the last couple years as we’ve integrated remote working.
Connectivity: While there's less demand for people to be working in the office all of the time, our new location is well accessible for the majority of colleagues. The office has ample parking, fast and frequent connections to central London, and ease of access to the motorway network and Heathrow Airport.

FAQ's

Windsor One is well served by public transport, including national rail, Crossrail and road networks.

There are 185 car park spaces on site, which will be available on a first come, first serve basis, just like Denham. We anticipate travel patterns for colleagues will change and anticipate that a higher proportion of people will opt for public transport facilities, given how accessible these will be. In addition to these spaces, we are going to be taking a lease on a car park that is in easy walking distance to the office to ensure we have adequate spaces available to meet our needs.

We will appoint our interior designer to ensure we really take full advantage of our new space, and we have plenty of time to get the design work right. Everyone will be able to share their ideas on this and if you have any already, please do send them to UKHeadOffice2022@ihg.com. A full list of facilities will provided once they are finalised.

There will be no gym on site, but there are several in the local area. We are exploring preferential rates
and discount opportunities.

There will be F&B facilities available in the new office, as well as hot drinks provided for all colleagues on a similar basis to Denham (e.g. every floor having facilities available). Given the many outlets on the door step of our office, we will also explore working with local restaurants and bars in the town centre to secure discounts and staff rates.

Yes. We want our new offices to be welcoming for everyone and we are committed to meeting accessibility standards.

This requirement was built into our brief for the new office from the outset. Our new site will meet a number of best practice sustainability standards including BREEAM Excellent ratings and EPC B. We will be working with external experts and our Corporate Responsibility team to ensure that our office operations are aligned
to our ambitious Journey to Tomorrow goals.
