Hotel Reservations & Sales Specialist
Provides travel advice and solutions to guest inquiries. A critical customer touch point for delivering an IHG brand experience. They take pride in using every customer interaction to educate guests about our hotel brands and empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
Customer Care Representative – IHG One Rewards
Coordinates all aspects of IHG One Rewards Program (Loyalty Program) and liaises between guests and hotels to maintain member satisfaction. It also includes coordinating all aspects of member account services by serving as the primary point of contact and resource to resolve IHG One Rewards service concerns.
Customer Care Specialist – Guest Relations
Expert in providing travel advice and solutions in escalated or high-profile situations, which is a critical touch point in delivering on our IHG brand experience. It also involves being a brand champion, taking pride in using every customer interaction to educate guests on our brands and products.
Sr. Case Manager – Guest Relations
Provides assistance to other departments within Guest Relations and handle escalated calls and complaints. Assists in additional Guest Relations coverage including providing resolutions that are meaningful, well researched and thought out.
Luxury Specialist – Sales & Service
Extends personalized service to IHG Hotels & Resorts’ affluent customers. A critical customer touch point for delivering on our IHG brand experience in both sales and service. Empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
