IHG's Central Reservations Office was opened in the City of Makati in 2003. Makati is a landlocked, first-class, highly urbanized city also known as Metropolitan Manila. It is the financial center of the Philippines and also boasts of having the highest number of BPO offices in Metro Manila at 1,159 companies as of 2017. English is the language most widely used in education and business throughout the Metro Manila region.
Since its establishment in 2003 with 50 colleagues catering to Hotel Reservations and Customer Care Support, the Company has now grown to 2,260 and now provides industry-leading reservations solutions in 24/7 operational support for multi-channel contacts in IHG's key markets. The team also delivers excellent customer service to more than 100 million IHG Rewards members.
Global Corporate Teams also operate in the location specializing and supporting Sales and Marketing, Data Insights & Analytics, Business Risk & Responsibility among others to deliver on process improvements and key operational support in the many facets of the business.
Baguio
Breathtaking landmarks, cool weather, and home of IHG's second Central Reservations Office in the Philippines. Baguio City is one of the most popular go-to places and is known as the country’s “Summer Capital.”
IHG Baguio Central Reservations Office opened in 2007 and started with 30 colleagues for North America Reservations support. Over the years, it has established a reputation of high regard among job-seekers and residents. IHG Baguio employs the best in the industry.
The Baguio Office has grown steadily and now engages with guests through various channels. At present, IHG Baguio has over 1,200 colleagues and the center keeps growing.
Reservations and Customer Care
Hotel Reservations & Sales Specialist
Provides travel advice and solutions to guest inquiries. A critical customer touch point for delivering an IHG brand experience. They take pride in using every customer interaction to educate guests about our hotel brands and empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
Customer Care Representative – IHG One Rewards
Coordinates all aspects of IHG One Rewards Program (Loyalty Program) and liaises between guests and hotels to maintain member satisfaction. It also includes coordinating all aspects of member account services by serving as the primary point of contact and resource to resolve IHG One Rewards service concerns.
Customer Care Specialist – Guest Relations
Expert in providing travel advice and solutions in escalated or high-profile situations, which is a critical touch point in delivering on our IHG brand experience. It also involves being a brand champion, taking pride in using every customer interaction to educate guests on our brands and products.
Sr. Case Manager – Guest Relations
Provides assistance to other departments within Guest Relations and handle escalated calls and complaints. Assists in additional Guest Relations coverage including providing resolutions that are meaningful, well researched and thought out.
Luxury Specialist – Sales & Service
Extends personalized service to IHG Hotels & Resorts’ affluent customers. A critical customer touch point for delivering on our IHG brand experience in both sales and service. Empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Sales, Marketing & Communications

Meanwhile, Facilities & Engineering keep every property in first-class condition. And thanks to Revenue Management, each hotel is commercially successful. With dedicated teams for franchises and owners, and the design and development of new hotels, this is a hugely varied area with room for all kinds of skills
