Your day to day
As a VIP GSA in part of our illustrious My Concierge team, you will be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience for our VIP guests. Providing our exclusive Butler service, you will stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns, to create unique and memorable moments for the guests under your care.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. You will have have spent a minimum of 1 year in 5 star hotels, be proficient in opera, microsoft office and other computer operating systems and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests.
