As Sustainability - Stage, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. 

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities 

As Sustainability - Stage, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Sustainability - Stage, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• ·        Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons
• ·        according to their needs.
• ·        Water plants – Uses Gray water for watering except the organic garden. 
• ·        Prepare and maintain compost drums/boxes.
• ·        Prepare the complimentary activities and have materials set up as per standards.
• ·        Clean garbage room daily after garbage pickup.
• ·        Ensure bookings for Earth-Lab activities for next day are confirmed and organized and all materials ready.
• ·        Innovate and assist in creating new initiatives in line with Earth-Lab activities.
• ·        Liaise with other Earth-Labs in other Six Senses properties to see what they are producing.
• ·        Assist in engagement with the local community on a regular basis will ensure the property is an active and supportive member through Sustainability                 Fund projects and educational/fun sustainability activities.
• ·        Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• ·        Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Sustainability - Stage, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or closely related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English. I understand that additional languages are preferred. 
• Eligible to work in Italy (only EU Citizens)
