Are you passionate about delivering the very best customer loyalty programs and ready to make a significant impact in the hospitality industry?  We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Loyalty Lead to engage with our teams, throughout Europe and working alongside the wider global teams, you'll drive customer membership of our brilliant IHG One Rewards performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in loyalty programs — your edge in the competitive landscape!
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, able to analyse and interpret trends and data, to tell compelling stories and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit with a willingness to mentor and support junior team members.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • You'll lead and collaborate with complex and cross-functional stakeholders to engage and embed our commitment to our Loyalty programme, bringing the global initiative to life in Europe.
  • As a Loyalty expert, you'll confidently partner with our teams in Operations and Marketing to support with impactful campaigns and the right tools to enhance loyalty performance.  
  • You'll understand the external market, able to identify the latest innovation, trends and insights, in a market that is evolving and developing.
  • Ensuring brand alignment and a consistent approach, you'll work with our Global and EMEAA team understanding and interpreting projects and initiatives and providing the opportunity to maximise potential.
