Security Manager
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things secure and safe? We’re searching for the right Security Manager for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, who will be our unsung hero ensuring our luxury lifestyle hotel’s safety, and keeping our guests, associates and workplace secure 24/7.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing and motivating the Security team to maintain the security and safety of the hotel
- Ensuring all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard
- Implementing and maintaining cutting-edge safety protocols (internal and external) to ensure maximum guest comfort and sense of security
- In charge of security and work safety training
- Conducting risk assessments, emergency drills and incident management
What we need from you
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in hotel security team, with at least 2 years at managerial role
- A holder of Security Personnel Permit
- A holder of valid first aider and AED certificate
- A higher diploma in security or safety management is preferrable
- Strong service mindset, good planning and organising skills
- Excellent leadership, training and coaching skills
- Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Security Manager.
