Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Implement and maintain the restaurant’s food and beverage concept, consistently meeting guest expectations while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regularly update service offerings to align with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with both guests and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, control costs, monitor bar stock, analyze sales performance, and oversee product quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
  • Oversee cash handling, stock management, and compliance with financial controls.
  • Provide continuous training for staff to enhance product knowledge and menu expertise.
  • Lead the team with ongoing service training and personalized development plans.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct and oversee staff training, including hands-on coaching when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree or professional training in food and beverage management.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel outlet.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., MICROS) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings is an advantage.
