  • Shape the Guest Experience: Oversee the reservations process, ensuring a seamless and personalised journey from the moment of inquiry to check-in.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Maximise Revenue: Implement effective inventory management, pricing strategies and upselling techniques to achieve revenue targets.
  • Innovate & Optimise: Continuously review systems, processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Be a Brand Champion: Represent the InterContinental® brand by upholding our commitment to luxury and personalised service.
  • Analyse & Report: Monitor booking trends, prepare forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in reservations management or revenue roles within a luxury hotel environment.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and a keen interest in leveraging technology for operational success.
  • A meticulous approach to managing reservations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • The ability to think creatively, solve problems and adapt to the evolving needs of guests and the market.
