The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex projects involving the implementation of new processes, programs, and systems. This role entails leading diverse project teams and applying project management principles to drive major initiatives. The Project Manager will balance competing demands related to scope, time, cost, and quality while addressing the varying needs and expectations of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying both explicit requirements and underlying expectations, as well as collaborating with multiple departments throughout the development and execution of project plans. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate large organizations, identify key stakeholders, and effectively influence and prioritize work.

 

Your day to day

  • Establish measurement plans and adopt the appropriate quality procedures to ensure smooth and compliant launch and sustainment of these initiatives.
  •  Manage all internal project team communications of progress and issues with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans
  • Identifying and escalating systemic issues and risks, including monitor the work associated with each work stream. 

 

What we need from you

  • Project management experience managing large-scale, cross-divisional, and cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including:
    • Managing waterfall projects
    • Change management
    • Six Sigma continuous improvement
    • Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management software, including:
    • MS Project
    • MS PowerPoint
    • MS Word
    • MS Visio
    • MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate MS SharePoint with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across the organization.
     

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $104,000  This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
