Role Purpose:

The Ops Technology & Systems Manager is responsible for refining the technology and tools that our field teams leverage, providing excellent customer support, troubleshooting across multiple IHG Operations technology platforms. The role supports ops standards and best practices by working cross-functionally with other technology groups within IHG. This role will also be involved in exploring new technology platforms and solutions that could deliver efficiencies for the Ops field team. The role provides direction and support to the Ops field team by developing processes to allow them to be more efficient in the field and improve the technology for the operations.

Your Day to Day: 

  • Provides troubleshooting and maintenance support for Touchpoint and Quality Tracker issues, while managing Ops Suite licensing and global service deployment.
  • Analyzes trend data to recommend process improvements and develops support documentation and training for field teams.
  • Acts as an escalation point for complex issues and oversees the creation of knowledge articles for resolution.
  • Collaborates with technology teams on IT programs to improve performance and participates in industry groups for best practices.
  • Consults with stakeholders on process enhancements and supports key operational initiatives, including Ops Portfolio management and Hotel Awards.

What We Need From You: 

  • 8+ years of progressive experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines and technologies relevant to the position.
  • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Touchpoint, and supported systems within Ops Technology, along with awareness of tech trends and business strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse teams, including senior management and external stakeholders; technical writing skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and understand business requirements' implications on applications.
  • Experienced in leading project teams, with a strong focus on organization, detail orientation, process management, and change execution.

Location – Atlanta, GA (5 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
