Under the direct supervision of the Accountant, and within the limits of InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures, responsible for processing of supplier invoices, reconciling of suppliers’ statement of account plus recording and processing payment of goods and services.

Job Overview
As the Marketing & PR Executive for InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, you are responsible for driving the development and execution of promotions, partnerships and PR initiatives for the hotel and the hotel’s restaurants.
Promotions and Partnerships
- ·Develop and implement property-wide packages and promotions to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile with a focus on maximizing return on investments.
- Support the end-to-end execution of annual marketing plans for the hotel and restaurants, from conceptualizing promotional mechanics, managing campaign timelines to securing buy-ins from stakeholders and post-campaign reporting.
- Steward and champion meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders to derive maximum value and returns through building win-win collaborations.
- Collaborate with Design and Digital leads to utilize best practices and industry benchmarks to monitor, optimize and amplify all activations.
- Key liaison to internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication of campaign deliverables and management of expectations throughout initiatives.
- Monitor and track campaign performance to derive meaningful insights and learnings for sharing with internal stakeholders
Public Relations
- Support the development and execution of PR efforts for the hotel and restaurants, including but not limited to crafting and dissemination of engaging press materials, cultivating media relations, engaging media parties through media hosting, media tastings and media drops to promote brand storytelling and secure positive media coverage.
- Ensure successful execution of media hostings and tastings, including but not limited to itinerary/menu curation in consultation with key stakeholders, briefing of operational teams and hosting media profiles on property.
- Custodian and curator of media list through continuous cultivation of existing and potential media profiles from publications to KOLs and content creators across key source markets.
- Maintain media clippings pertaining to the hotel and hotel’s restaurants based on daily perusal of the media and provides same to other departments, corporate public relations, as appropriate.
- Update and housekeep all media clippings and tracks progress and results of such earned media placements.
Others
- Track marketing expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop effective relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide guidance to Marketing Intern by translating initiatives into clear actions and support his/her learning journey.
