As a Head Concierge we will support you to:

As our Head Concierge your role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest's experience is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their individual preferences. By acting as a bridge between the guest, the hotel, and the surrounding community, the Head Concierge plays a key role in creating personalized and extraordinary stays.
Key responsibilities of our Head Concierge include:
- Guest Interaction: Engaging directly with guests from the moment of their booking, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded throughout their stay. This includes offering recommendations, handling special requests, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of concierges, ensuring they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and equipped to provide exceptional service. This includes fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the concierge team.
- Pre-arrival and Post-departure Services: Proactively managing guest experiences before their arrival and after their departure. This includes organizing personalized itineraries, arranging transportation, booking reservations, and following up after check-out to ensure satisfaction.
- Local Expertise: Serving as a key resource for guests looking to explore the local area. This involves maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, tour operators, and attractions, and curating exclusive or tailored experiences that enrich the guest’s stay.
- Problem Solving and Anticipation of Needs: Anticipating guest needs and resolving any potential issues before they arise, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Through these activities, our Head Concierge is essential in elevating the guest experience and ensuring that both individual and collective needs are met in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in a hotel environment.
- Proven track record of success in training, process implementation, and audit compliance.
- Golden Keys membership is essential.
If you have previous Concierge experience, you hold a Golden Key membership, take pride in your personal presentation and you think you’ve got what it takes we’d love to hear from you.
