As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
- Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
- Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
- Minimum 6 months experience in a guest services role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
