In this dynamic position, you will manage group reservations, ensure precision in systems, and provide administrative support to the Events team. From coordinating weddings and conferences to delighting clients with high-touch experiences, you'll bring events to life while fostering collaboration across departments.
Your Day to Day
- Coordinate weekly Group Pick-Up Reports and attend meetings to ensure seamless group bookings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and departments, ensuring requests are met with precision.
- Maintain PMS accuracy for group reservations and manage room block allocations effectively.
- Provide on-the-ground support for major group arrivals, site inspections, and events.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and maximise revenue opportunities.
What we need from you
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. With excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you thrive in coordinating events and managing reservations seamlessly. Preferrably, you will have experience in Opera and Passkey.
