Role Purpose

To deliver reliable administrative and coordination support that enables the effective execution of Global Sales Excellence initiatives, including hosting Global Sales calls, managing meeting cadences, and supporting sales enablement activities that drive seller productivity and engagement.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and host recurring Global Sales Excellence calls (e.g., Sales Partner Calls, Revenue Enablement Calls, and other Global Sales forums)
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to Global Sales stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, invites, and logistics for Global Sales meetings across multiple time zones
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications for Global Sales Excellence activities
  • Maintain organized documentation of meeting outputs, recordings, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Team, RevOps, Strategy) to support program delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve meeting processes, coordination, and communication efficiency

 

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

  • Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

     

 

Experience

  • Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles
  • Exposure to sales, enablement, or commercial teams preferred
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or global cadence calls
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage

 

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to coordinate across global stakeholders and time zones
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-through
