The Role

We’re currently recruiting for a talented Global Vignette, Brand Manager to be based in Windsor. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to join us in shaping the latest addition to our industry-leading luxury and lifestyle portfolio. You will collaborate with experts to scale the brand globally, which is currently experiencing significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Own the global evolution of Vignette Collection’s proposition, driving development of key assets, guidelines, and more.
  • Growth: Support pitches, property reviews and key owner events.
  • Brand Operations & Performance: Collaborate with teams on new hotel openings to deliver brand-defining hotels and work with existing properties to ensure best-in-class guest experiences and performance.
  • Marketing & Comms: Partner with our global marketing and PR teams to develop distinctive marketing plans.
  • Customer Experience: Help shape our brand differentiators and lead insights into guest initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Work with L&D teams to build and deliver impactful service and culture training programmes.

 

What we need from you

We’re looking for a confident, self-starter with great communication and people skills who loves working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring several years of experience in hospitality or a customer-focused industry, ideally in a large global company. With a strong focus on delivering for customers, owners, and colleagues, you know how to connect with different audiences through both internal and external communications.

You’ll have hands-on experience in branding, marketing, operations, and commercial areas, and you’re great at working across teams in a global setting. Your problem-solving mindset and ability to break down business issues will help you spot risks and opportunities, and turn them into clear, practical solutions.

Project management comes naturally to you, from start to finish. And with your commercial awareness, you’re able to build strong relationships and trust with a wide range of people, making you a key player in any project.
