Your day-to-day 

  • Orchestrate Strategic Renovation: Lead a transformative renovation that redefines luxury hospitality.
  • Curate Exceptional Dining Experiences: Create world-class food and beverage offerings that establish destination dining.
  • Develop Inspiring Workforce: Cultivate and mentor a team of professionals to become the most inspiring workforce in hospitality.
  • Position the Resort as a Luxury Destination: Strategically position the resort as the premier luxury destination in the Red Sea region.

 

What we need from you

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience in progressive leadership roles within 5-star international luxury hotels.
  • Renovation Expertise: A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renovations.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Middle Eastern hospitality markets.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Revenue and Satisfaction Focus: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Innovative Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation in hospitality.
