Your day-to-day:
• Oversee Hotel Operations: Lead the commercial and operational functions of the hotel properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aimed at maximizing owner returns and achieving financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, inspire, develop and nurture a high-performing team. Focus on upskilling, measuring performance, and driving team success.
• Boost Commercial Growth: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the hotel's commercial performance across all facilities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with guests, external stakeholders, and key partners, including clients, government officials, suppliers, and local communities.
What we need from you:
• Luxury Experience: Sophisticated understanding of luxury market dynamics
• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to empower the teams, gain trust with guests, and stakeholders, and foster long term relationships.
• F&B Expertise: A strong background in Food & Beverage operations as well as opening and developing new concepts is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership expertise in luxury hospitality
• Financial Experience: Strong commercial acumen and proven financial results
• Results-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives on achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; conversational Spanish would be a strong advantage.
The salary range for this role is $260K – $280K base. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
