Your day to day
For our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in the heart of Rome, we are looking for a passionate and efficient Night Manager to be in charge of Front Office Operations overnight. The ideal candidate would provide excellent customer service, be an excellent communicator and making sure operations are carried out and completed to the highest level.
- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcome;
- Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone;
- Coordinating and monitoring overnight staff;
- Completing night FO tasks making sure they are completed within required time frame;
- Mantaining highest level of communication within all departments making sure crucial information is conveyed at all times;
- Dealing with guest complaints confidently, applying ILEAD principles and delivering immediate solutions;
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings;
- Making sure check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless;
- Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;
- Reporting to Front Office Manager.
What we need from you
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of Night Audit procedures including invoicing and cashier duties;
- Knowledge of Fire Evacuation procedures and First Aid certificate;
- Problem-solving skills, turning issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories;
- Fluency in Italian & English language - a third language would be preferred;
- Familiarity with Opera PMS and Excel files;
- Preferred working experience with management roles within International Luxury Hotel Brands;
- Be an excellent team player, showing flexibility and commitment to the team and to the brand.
