Your day to day

To apply, candidate must have proper visa or permanent resident qualification in Japan.
You will primarily be responsible for guest assistance and inventory checks, as well as the cleaning and management of guest rooms. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay by preparing rooms with careful attention to detail.
- Amenity Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of amenities to ensure no shortages.
- Amenity Delivery and Ordering: Place orders for required amenities and ensure timely delivery.
- Guest Assistance (Delivery Services): Respond to guest requests and promptly deliver requested items.
- Guest Laundry Management: Manage guest laundry services, including recording, processing, and returning items.
- Room Inspection (Inspector/Checker): Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Lost and Found Management: Record, store, and handle lost and found items, including returning them to guests as needed.
What we need from you
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred. No experience required.
- Polite and professional communication skills when dealing with guests
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Japanese to meet business needs.
- Shift-based between 7:00AM to 10:30PM.
