Your day to day

 

Ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a Rooms Division Director to head up our front office and guest service departments. Setting the tone to deliver truly memorable guest experiences from first moment to last.


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

・Oversee all aspects of the rooms division, ensuring the highest level of guest service and operational efficiency.

・Manage front desk and guest services teams, ensuring seamless daily operations.

・Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring all rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

・Collect and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvements to exceed expectations.

・Train and develop staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment.

・Manage departmental budget, monitor costs, and optimize revenue performance.


What we need from you

  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English (business-level fluency).
