Under the general direction of the Outlet Manager or his/her Delegate, and within the limits of established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, supervises the service activities in the outlet aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction at all times while ensuring proper training and supervision of all outlet colleagues.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
●Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency
● In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
● Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
● Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
● Control stock and monitor Equipment and ensure correct use of equipment as per standards.
What We need from you:
● Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, and related fields
● 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience
● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
