What’s the job? 

Under the direction and guidance of the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office whilst on duty, including (but not limited to) Reception, Concierge/Porter services to deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life. 

 

What we need from you 

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration and four years’ guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

Full working rights in Australia 

First aid and basic CPR certification 

A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
