Do you see yourself as Director of Marketing Communications at Regent Bali Canggu?
As Director of Marketing Communications, you are responsible to grow market share and brand preference for The Regent Bali Canggu. This position provides functional expertise, branding, strategy, and analysis to on-property Marketing & Communications Colleagues across paid, IHG-owned, and earned channels in the Marketing & Communications space. Developing strategy and driving the Marketing function of the Business Plan.
Your day to day
Marketing & Communication
- Create the overarching marketing strategy for the Resort for all revenue generating departments, Rooms, Spa, F&B
- Develop and implement the Marketing plan for all above areas; Prepare the marketing budget for the property.
- Ensure effective relationship management of new and existing marketing vendors and partners
- Media buying strategy, from traditional media to digital media from fielding media questions, pitching stories to the media, organizing press conferences, develop digital media plan.
- Strengthen the brand’s point of view to its main audience through media press releases and interviews, influencers and partners.
- Develop content strategy, branded content production with support from PR manager, graphic designer and content creator.
- Consult on the management of multi-channel review sites, reputation, and advocacy; all together with Digital Marketing manager and PR manager.
Owned channel content
- Actively conduct content audits on stale content & information on all owned channels & collaterals
Responsible Business
- Build positive working relationships with management at IHG properties & corporate
- Monitor social, economic, and political trends that might affect the brand and company
- Recommend ways to enhance the firm's image on the basis of trends
- Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create a sense of one team
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
Financial
- Managing the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals
- Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on his/her function’s costs
Accountabilities
This is the top Marketing Communications job in a full or limited-service hotel and may include meeting space and/or catering facilities. May manage professional level and graphic designing colleagues.
