At Crowne Plaza Auckland we are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie to work in our kitchen team to deliver delicious food around the busy hotel that we have!
Your day to day:
- Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations
- Possess Pastry experience
- Menu planning & costings;
- Organizing special events;
- Developing new dishes;
- Staff Management
- Maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.

What we need from you:
- 3 years experience as a Chef and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity or equivalent;
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field;
- Demonstrated knowledge of a la carte and banquet service with modern and classical cooking techniques;
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating;
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel.
