Role Purpose
Under general supervision, act as part of a team to provide specialist expertise on all compensation and benefits related business processes and transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Assist in the development, implementation and administration of all compensation and benefits programs.
Key Accountabilities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, such as Annual Incentive, Merit, Health and Welfare, Wellness, and Special Programs.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate transmission of interface files, research issues and ensure all data is transferred timely and accurately.
- Conduct and/or participate in surveys; analyze results; and provide recommendations regarding policy/program revisions to management to ensure the Company’s competitive posture is maintained.
- Perform annual compliance activity as it relates to compensation and benefit plans. Independently work to ensure plan documents are updated and accurate in relation to the plan and all plan compliance needs.
- Maintain Compensation and Health and Welfare contracts, addendums and renewals.
- Perform specialty compensation and benefits processes such as maintaining, reconciling, analyzing, and preparing reports as required. Track and report on performance as defined within Service Level Agreement commitments.
- Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with the work team for transactional processes. Investigate, analyze and resolve significant changes in processes. Provide input to decisions for future system enhancements and process improvements.
- Provides needed support in the global management of survey planning/costing, contracts/agreements, invoice tracking, portfolio, submissions, online survey tool administration and survey reports for corporate, reservations and hotels.
- Creates and maintains process documentation for processes and systems and inform regions of relevant updates.
- Develops reports and analysis to support annual processes.

Required Skills –
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Analytical skills demonstrated through previous experience.
- Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal/consensus building skills for the purpose of providing information to clients.
Qualifications –
- University Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Experience –
- Two or more years’ progressive work related experience with demonstrated understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to data analysis.
