We are looking for a CCTV Operator who will be responsible for implementing safety and security policies in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group standards. Promotes the desired work culture around the five winning ways – Aim higher, Work better together, Celebrate the difference, Do the right thing & Show we care.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be delivering:

 

FINANCIAL RETURNS 

  • Monitor staff clocking on and off duty
  • Keep the Hotel Establishment Information System (HEIS) up to date
  • Check the Casual Time-in and Time Out accordingly by matching their attendance in the outlet and the one in Time Office to avoid any time discrepancies.
  • In charge of monitoring supplier’s delivery in the receiving area and check the goods match to the invoice
  • Ensure all outlets lights, Air-conditions, PC’s, etc are switch off when rooms not in use

OUR PEOPLE 

  • Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook. 
  • Comply with Company Grooming Standards. 
  • Comply with Time and Attendance Policies. 
  • Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self development.
  • Monitors colleagues under the influence of alcohol either coming on duty or signing off.
  • Conduct regular locker checks in line with Human Resources. 
  • Check all packages and passes of employees entering and leaving the building.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including: 
  • Being attentive to guests
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests requests 
  • Anticipate guests needs 
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience 
  • Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints 
  • Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers.

 QUALIFICATION

  • High school or college graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Licence Certificate from previous employment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
