Your day to day

As Bell Attendant Team leader, you will support our departmental managers by assisting in the day-to-day operational requirements as well as leading all work of Bell Attendant Team Members.

From our guests arrival to the resort to their departure, your role in delivering flawless, genuine and personalised service, sharing unrivalled insider knowledge on “all things” Hayman Island and more, will create exceptional immersive luxury experiences for our guests and create Hayman memories for life. 

A confident and outgoing communicator with excellent attention to detail, you will ensure a luxurious experience for our guests, connecting them with their room, resort facilities and their home away from home. 

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations as well as inspire and lead through example. You must have the ability to relocate and live on Hayman Island, Queensland.  Previous experience in leading a small team is desirable, a valid drivers license and ability to lift 32kg.
