Your day to day

Ensure that all audio and visual equipment including all wirings and cables throughout the required function rooms are in good working condition. To assist at providing the highest standard of audio visual (AV) services to our guests with strong knowledge and effective control of our operating costs to achieve optimal profitability. •To assist in-house guests as well as other departments in their AV requirement whenever required. • To assist guests in the setup and dismantling of any AV equipment brought in for the event. • To inspect and ensure that all AV equipment are continuously kept in good condition and are well maintained. • Set necessary equipment in function rooms, including outdoor catering events; as directed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) • Cleaning of AV equipment to ensure all equipment are clean and presentable when in use •Coordinate and carry out instructions of the Conference & Banqueting Manager in operating lighting, sound and audio visual equipment • To carry out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of all operating equipment


What we need from you

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with related certificates. • Good command of spoken and written English Great communication skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • To be flexible in working hours • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Requires a familiarity with hotel facilities, services, fire and evacuation procedures
