This role will play a critical role in driving data-driven procurement strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing P2P data across hotel operations, while also supporting corporate procurement activities, including Key Performance Objective (KPO) analysis. Your role will contribute directly to accelerating our digital transformation and enhancing procurement efficiency across the organization.

 

Your day to day

  1. Data Collection & Management Collect, clean, and maintain procurement-related data from hotel operations and corporate procurement, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all platforms.
  2. Procurement Data Analysis Analyze Procure-to-Pay (P2P) data and corporate procurement data to evaluate procurement efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess supplier performance, providing actionable insights.
  3. Business Intelligence & Reporting Create, manage, and enhance business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools to offer stakeholders easy access to critical data.
  4. Digital Transformation Support efforts to automate and optimize procurement processes by implementing data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital capabilities within the procurement function.

 

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • at least 5 years of progressive work-related experience, with demonstrated proficiency in one or more functions related to data analysis, procurement, or digital transformation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • intermediate-level knowledge of procurement processes or systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Procurement & Data Analytics Expertise:

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, data cleansing, and business intelligence. Experience with Tableau and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
  • Ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights from procurement data, particularly in hotel operations.
  • Ideally, experience working in a consulting firm, especially in digital transformation initiatives such as process automation, system integration, and data standardization. Your expertise in procurement optimization and data analytics will play a key role in aligning procurement processes with industry best practices and advancing our digital transformation efforts.
