• Leading the front-of-house team with energy and expertise, ensuring seamless restaurant and bar operations.
• Stepping up in the absence of the Restaurant & Bar Manager, making confident decisions to uphold service excellence.
• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering warm, intuitive service and anticipating every need.
• Mentoring and developing the team, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and passionate service culture.
• Driving revenue and service innovation through strategic upselling, menu collaboration, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all health, safety, and licensing regulations are met.

What we need from you 

• Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role in a premium hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a diverse team.
• Expert knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a deep appreciation for wine, mixology and exceptional dining experiences.
• Exceptional guest service skills, with a natural ability to create memorable moments.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
