1 协助厨师长制订西饼房生产计划，负责西饼房的餐食准备与烹制。
2 严格执行国家颁布的卫生法，监督厨房食品卫生，保持厨具整洁，确保客人饮食安全。
3 进行烹饪监督，对各岗位技术性指导，对糕点质量和数量进行把关。
1 良好的沟通能力，有一定的创新意识。
2 国际酒店1年以上的饼房工作经验。
3 保持良好的个人卫生，持有效健康证。
