Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Supervise and train engineering team members to maintain IHG standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of hotel maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in IHG hotels is a plus.
