Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practice Lead to join our Agile Center of Excellence. This role will help drive the Agile transformation across the Product & Technology organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence customization, and a proven track record in optimizing tools to enhance team collaboration. You will play a key role in designing and implementing JIRA workflows, conducting training, and assisting teams in JIRA setup, while also supporting migrations from other tools to JIRA. A flexible and pragmatic approach to Agile is essential, as the candidate will need to tailor practices to the organization’s unique needs while driving best practices across teams.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Lead the transition to new Agile tools, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for JIRA and Confluence usage, and design workflows aligned with Agile principles.
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on effective tool usage.
  • Act as the expert and Product Owner for JIRA and Confluence, providing support.
  • Collaborate with leaders to promote Agile principles, track KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile transformation or as a JIRA product owner, with expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scaling frameworks).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence configuration and customization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement JIRA workflows that enhance team collaboration and align with organizational needs.
  • Skilled in creating training materials and conducting sessions to drive tool adoption and best practices for JIRA and Confluence.
  • Expertise in creating custom reports and dashboards in JIRA to track Agile metrics and support seamless integration with shared service roles.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

 

The salary range for this role is 58,834 - $150,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
