- 制订饼房生产计划，全面负责饼房的餐食准备与烹制。
- 严格执行食品卫生安全要求，确保厨房食品卫生，保持厨具整洁，确保客人饮食安全。
- 控制食品成本。
- 下达备餐任务、数量、规格等。
- 进行烹饪监督，对各岗位技术性指导，对糕点质量和数量进行把关。
- 负责饼房员工岗上培训
