1. 救生员须持有救生员证上岗，掌握专业救生技巧，并具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对游客安全负责；

2. 严格遵守上下班时间，上岗时穿好救生服，配带好哨子、救生器材，将池内警示牌、桌椅、过脚池摆放好。循环系统打开，进行水净化工作，做好地面与池内的清洁工作；

3. 负责巡视规定水面区域内的情况，警惕不安全因素出现（如跳水者、不会游泳者、异常者、池内呼救者、痴呆、精神病、明显皮肤病患者、在池边池内相互打闹、追逐者等）对以上情况都要及时制止和采取措施，如有受伤者要立即采取救护行动；

3. Responsible for patrolling the situation in the prescribed water surface area, and be alert to the occurrence of unsafe factors (such as divers, non-swimmers, abnormalities, calls for help in the pool, dementia, mental illness, obvious skin diseases, playing with each other in the poolside pool, chasers, etc.) The above situations should be stopped and taken measures in time, and if there are injured, rescue actions should be taken immediately;

4. 对违反游泳池安全管理规定的游泳者要大胆、严格的管理，如发现溺水者应迅速救其上岸，并立即进行溺水急救处理程序；

5. 严格做到池内始终有救护员在场，吃饭、上洗手间要相互告知、轮换进行。不得擅自离岗、并岗、在岗上看书报、闲谈、打瞌睡、抽烟等；
