岗位职责
1，掌握所辖客房的状况；
2，检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查本部门工作质量及工作效率；
3，协助部门处理工作策划，督导，与本部门的财政预算；
4，熟悉部门的运作情况，处理每天的事务，发现问题及时进行指导。
任职要求
1，拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
2，熟练使用微软办公软件。
