- 能妥善处理各类宾客投诉和突发事件,积极主动解答宾客咨询。
- 要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉,要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
- 检查员工纪律和维持大堂秩序,在入住和退房高峰期,协助前台处理签免索赔和费用催收等工作。
- 对当班期间的.相关问题进行交班记录并协助相关部门处理异常情况。
- 做好接待VIP的各项工作。
- 解答客人的咨询,向客人提供必要的帮助和咨询(报失、报警、遗留物品的查询认领及残疾人服务)。
- 维护大堂及附近公区的工作秩序及环境的宁静整洁。
- 确保宾客的人身和财产安全及酒店员工和酒店财产的安全。
- 负责检查大堂区域的清洁卫生,各项设施设备的完好情况从而维护酒店的高雅格调。
- 协同有关部门处理宾客在店内发生的意外事故及对宾客进行安抚等善后工作。
- 协助其他部门维系酒店与VIP、常客、 商务客人的良好关系。
- 完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任对客服务管家。
