岗位职责：
1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度
2、协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析
3、制定各部门阶段性培训计划
4、协助各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识
任职要求：
1、筹开酒店培训工作经验，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上
2、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
3、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力
4、能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要，制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划
