Relevant BPO, travel, hospitality or sales experience can be an advantage.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>What You'll Do</u></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Convert guest inquiries into successful bookings by matching travelers with the right hotel and room.</p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Identify needs and recommend the best options, including rooms, upgrades, and hotel offerings.</p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Confidently influence buying decisions and convert opportunities into confirmed reservations.</p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Drive sales performance while delivering a warm, seamless guest experience.</p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Build genuine connections that inspire trust, loyalty, and repeat business.</p></li></ul><p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"> </p><p><strong><u>What We're Looking For</u></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Proven minimum experience of 1 year in sales, hospitality, reservations in a sales/ volume/ target-driven call center or BPO environment.</p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;">Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to actively listen, uncover sales opportunities, confidently influence buying decisions, and close the sale.
