检查公共区域、客房/套房、设备、床单是否干净整洁，状态良好，向团队成员提出改进建议 ；
承担客房部全部例行职责，包括但不限于整理床铺、吸尘打扫等，确保宾客满意 ；
处理宾客投诉和特殊要求，让宾客百分百满意 ；
满足宾客、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求；
高中、中等学历或同等学历，1年客房部工作经验，需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验；
必须能掌握本地语言。
