Front Office

As part of the front office team, you will be the first point of contact for guests. You'll be responsible for checking-in and checking-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to procedures.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is what gives hotels the 'wow' factor. It's the moment that guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think 'wow, this looks wonderful'. Freshly laundered linen, fluffy towels and a welcoming atmosphere, it's all about creating a big impression and exceeding expectations.

Food & Beverage

Imaginative menus, individually prepared and beautifully presented food served by knowledgeable staff. Our hotels offer a fantastic range of places to eat and drink, from coffee lounges and cocktail bars, to brassieres and award-winning restaurants. We also cater for special events - from large conferences to more private occasions. All of this means there are lots of tasty opportunities for you if you're interested in F&B. Roles include: F&B manager, bartender, waiter, Banqueting server, Director of Catering, Banqueting manager, Banqueting supervisor and F&B server.

Hotel General Manager

The job of a general manager is arguably one of the most important roles in a hotel. They are the hotel's leader, motivating managers and charming guests - but when this all stops, it's down to the general manager to make sure the business is profitable.

Spa & Recreation

Spa and leisure facilities in hotels add a positive dimension to a guest's stay. It's an opportunity to relax, revive and recharge their batteries. With many hotels offering golf courses, swimming pools, gyms and beauty treatment rooms there are lots of opportunities for career growth and progression too. Roles include: fitness instructor, groundskeeper, locker-room attendant and pool attendant.

Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management
