Our day to day

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll manage the food and beverage operations across our multiple outlets to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You'll create a motivating and enjoyable team culture in addition to ensuring compliance with all health, safety and brand requirements.

What we need from you

Our ideal candidate will have management experience in a Restaurant A la Carte environment, with hotel experience a significant advantage. A passion for creating great experiences - both for customers and the team is a must. You will hold an RSA qualification and the rights to work in Australia fulltime. RSG will also be an advantage
