岗位职责：
1.要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
2.清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
3.保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
4.添加所需的布品及操作设备。
5.从仓库内领取物品。
6.根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。
7.根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。
8.结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。
任职资格：
酒店管理、旅游管理、英语或相关专业职高或中专以上学历；
1年以上相关工作经验；
具备基本的英语沟通能力；
行为举止端正大方，仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求。
